Very often all the "pilote" know everything... and they are not enough modest to recognize that they can learn to become "better" rapidely.
With the help of the book (and the chance to be share one day with Simon on Aragon track) you will understand some evidence and you will have the chance to improve your level of security on the track and as a consequence become more faster than ever...

I recently purchased Simon crafars motovudu DVD, I found this to be an excellent DVD at a very reasonable price, this DVD helped my riding, gave me an excellent focus for racing including improved lap times when applying the techniques on track also confirming some of the techniques I already used. I have raced motorbikes all my life especially in Scottish and British motocross. I am currently competing in one of the UK road racing championships on a zx10 Kawasaki. The DVD instructions also helped me to adjust riding styles from old motocross habits to road racing. This instructional DVD is what has been missing during my racing career, now Simon crafar has brought all his knowledge and experience for us to benefit from whether you are a novice or an expert, you will really enjoy the learnings from purchasing this DVD.

The very first time I met Simon Crafar back in 2008 at Cartagena I remembered thinking to myself how fantastic it would be to have bottled all of the valuable lessons I learnt in such a small amount of time with him. Then I discover Motovudu made by the man himself.
Motovudu really explains and displays the facts behind such a tricky subject.... finding time. Many riders can ride fast but knowing where to shed time safely requires skill and experience which is exactly what Simon has put to paper and film with Motovudu. This is an absolute must buy for anyone looking to take there riding/racing to the next level!
Looking forward to putting what I've learnt into action,
Cheers Simon!

I bought this book & DVD after seeing it advertised at the MCN Bike show at the London XL centre. I had already done a couple of track days but felt that I could push it a lot more. Having immersed myself in the DVD (and read the book) I definitely rode more smoothly than previously and therefore faster & enjoyed the day a lot more. It certainly changed my riding for the better. The advantage of this as opposed to an instructor on a track day is that you can think about all aspects of your riding and take time to improve parts of the ride and then the whole piece at leisure. The book is easy to read and summarises what to do in a way that's easy to remember. I would recommend this to anyone who is not an expert at trackdays!

I've read several training books and watched as many DVDs relating to the riding of motorcycles. Some have been good, others not-so.
I've learned a little from them all and some more than others but they've all left me with the feeling that the author was either; unable to explain their obvious skill and understanding in terms I could understand or was writing with more theoretical knowledge than direct experience. Motovudu is a rare exception!
Simon Crafar's genuine, first-hand, experience cannot be questioned and his ability to put complex riding techniques into simple terms is extraordinary.
Techniques and abilities that have eluded me for years were obvious with Simon's insight and understandable from a single read-through of the book. Watching the DVD was the icing-on-the-cake. Expertly put together with close-up shots of suspension action to demonstrate that the theory was working in practice and wonderful visual confirmation of Simon's consistent application of the techniques demonstrated was truly confidence inspiring.
I've done one track-day since watching the DVD and reading the book and already my riding has improved greatly. I still have some 'bad habits' to eradicate but now at least I know what to work on!
I'd recommend this bundle without hesitation to anyone who wants to improve their track riding skills.
Thanks Simon, your a star!
